Southern Select Realty, founded by Peggy Bosarge in December 2011, is a boutique real estate brokerage dedicated to providing personalized and attentive service on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Peggy's journey in real estate began in 2007 when she received her salesperson license. After gaining valuable experience with several large brokerages, Peggy decided to establish her own firm to better serve her clients with the time and attention they deserve.

With a deep love for real estate and a genuine passion for helping people, Peggy founded Southern Select Realty to create a more intimate and client-focused experience. Her vision was to work at a pace that allowed her to fully dedicate herself to her clients, ensuring they never felt rushed and could truly enjoy the process of buying or selling a home. This philosophy has remained at the core of Southern Select Realty, fostering a unique approach that prioritizes personal connections and meticulous service.

Over the years, Southern Select Realty has remained intentionally small to maintain its personal touch. Peggy has worked with several agents who shared her vision of a client-first approach, but the brokerage recently downsized to consist of just Peggy and one other dedicated agent. This streamlined team allows Southern Select Realty to continue offering top-notch, individualized services without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

In addition to traditional buying and selling services, Southern Select Realty provides comprehensive property management solutions. Recognizing the growing demand for vacation rental management, the brokerage has recently expanded to include VRBO management, bringing the same level of care and expertise to this new area. Southern Select Realty also partners with an excellent team of maintenance contractors to address any issues that arise, ensuring homes are well-maintained and ready for closing or rental.
