From the very beginning, you went our of your way looking for properties that would suit our needs. Frankly, we had become frustrated because real estate agents were jut not interested in helping us find the kind of property we needed. But you were relentless and showed us properties and stayed with our search.

When we needed advice or assistance, you were there. You helped us through the search, the offer and the negotiations, the amendment, the inspections, the city council approval, the insurance coverage, and the closing. In short, you were there every step of the way. Indeed, shortly before the closing, and in stormy weather, you called to see about a final walk-through.  

While I believe that God had a great deal of control over this entire process, I also believe that you were His "agent", helping us get where He wanted us to be.

As an attorney who has closed literally hundreds of real estate transactions, almost all through real estate agents, I have to say that you have gone far above and beyond what you were required to do.
