I also want to highly recommend Peggy Bosarge from Southern Select Realty. I met her about 4 years ago and she took over the management of my properties. After she took over, the multitude of phantom repairs that were costing my $100’s per month were gone. She worked tirelessly to get my rents up and got me great tenants. 

She is the reason I was able to sell my properties and at least get my initial deposit back. Her diligence working with the local appraisers she was able to get the appraisal where it needed to be to get them sold. If anybody is looking for the hardest working, most honest property manager or if you are just interested  in selling I would highly recommend her.
